Elephant Jokes

The elephant joke in all of it’s forms have always been some of my favorites. The one I’m most fond of is about the elephant in the fridge.

Q: How many elephants can you fit in a VW bug?

A: Five: two in the front, two in the back, and one in the trunk.

Q: How can you tell an elephant has been in your fridge?

A: There are footprints in the butter.

Q: How can you tell if two elephants have been in your fridge?

A: There are two sets of footprints in your butter.

Q: How can you tell if three elephants have been in your fridge?

A: There are three sets of footprints in your butter.

Q: How can you tell if four elephants have been in your fridge?

A: There are four sets of footprints in your butter.

Q: How can you tell if five elephants have been in your refrigerator?

A: There are VW tracks in the butter.

Q: How many teeth does Lily have?

A: Quite a few.

Q: How can you tell if Lily’s been in the fridge?

A: Bite marks in the butter.

Too bad I didn’t take a picture or I would have had a second one about how can you tell she’s been playing with the laptop…(there are a lot of missing keys.

Happy Valentine’s Day

Today was “Lulu’s” first Valentine’s Day, and though it will and has come and gone without notice to her it’s a milestone for those of us who did.

Grammy send both the girls the cute little hugs and kisses bags. Lucy got the Elmo rattle and an Elmo book. Luckily Lily hasn’t tried to steal it too many times! Lucy’s also trying to eat the book Great Grandma got her, she’s a paper eater and would much more enjoy that then book. This picture is pre sticky note destruction.

Little Miss Lily may look like she’s having a good time but I had to tickle her to get her to even sit up for the picture.

I guess she figured she was at least sitting up, she wasn’t going to smile. Lucy on the other hand loves to have her picture taken!

I did at least get one picture semi decent of them together. And one last heart to leave you with this Valentine’s Day.

Unexpected Snow

When I went to sleep the ground was dry and the temperature not too cold. As I awoke this is what I found.

I know it’s less then an inch but a month ago this would’ve closed school, and caused delays in my area. This would have been more then we could have dreamed of. Until February. Our first snow left at least 6 inches which is more then are area has had in 20 years. About a week after that we got another snow which was a little more then the above picture. I’m surprised by last nights snow only because I didn’t expect it, I guess I should watch the weather, but for the whole area this really not the norm.
